I design games and simulations to understand complex adaptive systems. I am currently working on identifying and understanding the conflict-prone relationship between the poor and the city; specifically, to improve policy planning and design.
My research interests are in the areas of Game Design, Game Theory, Agent-based modelling, Complex Adaptive Systems, Policy Design, Poverty and Inequality, Graph Theory, Information Retrieval, Information Communication Technologies and their effects.
I am the Co-Founder of Fields of View, a non-profit research group in Bangalore. Previously, I have designed agent-based simulation frameworks, games for safety and learning, and have worked in the areas of infrastructure policy, disaster management and poverty.
